Norvik has finalized the purchasing of all shares in Jarl Timber in Sweden and has already taken over its operations.

Jarl Timber is a family established company since 1946 and based in Broakulla, situated right between Vaxjo and Kalmar in Sweden. Yearly production of Jarl Timber is about 150.000 m³ of sawn timber and annual turnover more than 30 million Euro. The products of Jarl Timber are mainly sold to UK.
